DR. ASHLEY CHRISTENSEN, PT, DPT, PRPC

PHYSICAL THERAPIST, CO-OWNER

Ashley Christensen, DPT, PRPC is a native to the Yuba Sutter area. She has a passion and drive to get to the root cause of an issue so that your ailment can be treated effectively and quickly.

 

Dr. Christensen, PT received her doctoral education at Loma Linda University. She continued her education with a year long manual therapy training to better her skills after graduation. She also has gained an interest in pelvic floor rehab and obtained her Certification as a Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC) in 2015.

 

Ashley looks at the whole person when treating your ailment. Not only does she treat orthopedic conditions such as neck, shoulder, back and knee pain; but she also treats a variety of pelvic floor dysfunctions such as pelvic pain, postpartum issues such as Diastisis Recti, treatment of perineal scar tissue, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, urinary urgency and chronic constipation. Dr. Christensen is also in the process of obtaining further certification in pelvic floor with manual treatment that promotes fertility.

 

Not only does Ashley have a passion for her career and help others in their process of healing, she also has a love for her family and God. When Ashley is not at work, she is busy at home raising their 2 small children.

DR. SHAWN CHRISTENSEN, PT, DPT, OCS

PHYSICAL THERAPIST, CO-OWNER

Shawn Christensen, DPT, OCS has spent most of his life in the Yuba Sutter community. He has been a practicing therapist for 16 years now with a passion for hands on manual therapy. He loves the satisfaction that comes with improving a person's quality of life by relieving their pain.

 

He specializes in Orthopedic and Vestibular rehabilitation.


He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 2008. In 2013 he became an Orthopedic clinic specialist (OCS). An OCS is an advanced board certification that signifies clinical expertise in the area of orthopedic therapy.


Shawn has special interests in vestibular rehabilitation, which helps people recover from dizziness arising from an inner ear disorder. In 2018 he earned his certification in vestibular rehab from the American Institute of Balance. Shawn is a clinical instructor for Physical Therapy students and has been awarded Clinical Instructor of Excellence” from Sacramento State University. He was awarded Top Doctor of Physical Therapy in Yuba City, Ca during 2018 by the International Association of Healthcare Professionals.

DR. Anthony Waggoner, PT, DPT

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Anthony Waggoner, DPT is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is the middle of two brothers. After attending Purdue University for two years studying Civil Engineering, Anthony realized a new passion in life, and changed his focus to Physical Therapy. In 2008, Anthony moved to California to pursue his Physical Therapy career.

 

Anthony earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico in 2014, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from California State University, Sacramento in 2018.

 

When working with patients, Anthony places high value on teaching individuals about their body, with hopes of providing the individual with innate knowledge to overcome future discomfort.

Dr. Stuart Bradley, PT, DPT

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Stuart was born and raised here in Yuba City. He graduated from River Valley High school in 2013, where he played baseball and basketball. Stuart attended University of the Pacific, Yuba College, and California State University, Chico, in which he was able to play 4 years of college baseball, learning many life lessons and experiencing unique adventures. He graduated from CSU, Chico in 2018 with a bachelor's Degrees in Exercise Physiology. He attended and graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas in 2021 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In his free time, Stuart enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 kids, and his dog. Stuart is looking to provide individualized care to each patient as well as looking forward to giving back to the community in which he was raised in.

Dr. Wyatt Amdahl, PT, DPT

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Wyatt grew up in Northern Minnesota where he developed a passion for the outdoors, traveling, and health and wellness. He attended the University of St. Thomas where he competed in track and field while earning his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Wyatt went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hanover College. When he’s not in the clinic, Wyatt enjoys hiking, canoeing, and traveling with his wife in their self-converted camper van. Wyatt’s favorite part of his job is helping his patients return to the lifestyle that brings them joy.
